The terms you agree to by using MarrakechFlights.com. Plain English. No surprises.
1. What this site is
MarrakechFlights.com is an information and price-comparison website specialized in travel to Marrakech, Morocco. We provide:
- Flight, hotel, car rental, and activity price comparison
- Travel guides and destination information
- Deal alerts via email newsletter
We are NOT a travel agent. We do not sell tickets, take payment from travelers, or issue booking confirmations.
2. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep prices, airline schedules, hotel information, and guide content accurate and current. However:
- Prices change in real-time — the fare shown may differ at the moment of booking
- Travel requirements (visa, vaccination, customs) can change; always verify current requirements with official government sources
- We are not responsible for errors in merchant inventory, booking confirmations, or trip execution
3. Third-party bookings
When you click to book, you leave MarrakechFlights.com and enter a third-party site (airline, OTA, hotel platform). All bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of that third party. MarrakechFlights.com is not a party to the transaction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or circumvent security measures
- Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
- Reverse-engineer our search algorithms or affiliate tracking systems
5. Intellectual property
All original content (guides, design, logos, photography) is copyrighted by MarrakechFlights.com. Limited personal use is permitted (read, print for personal reference, share links). Commercial reuse requires written permission.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MarrakechFlights.com is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site
- We are not liable for trip disruptions, cancellations, or issues that arise with third-party bookings
- Our maximum liability is limited to the commission we received on a disputed booking, if any
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montréal, Quebec.
